The Ste-Thérèse Story

A Canadian manufacturing legacy.

In April 2025, the PACCAR Ste-Thérèse plant became the first heavy truck manufacturing facility certified "Made in Québec" — a recognition unique to PACCAR's Canadian operations.

That same year, Class 8 production for the Peterbilt Models 567 and 579 was added to the line, expanding domestic capacity at the only heavy-duty truck plant in Canada.

Where the industry actually builds.

Every other major Class 8 manufacturer has either left Canada or never produced here. The numbers — and the map — speak for themselves.
